32 years old, married 1 kid and 1 on the way (My investments in Singapore include)
2 Apartments both rented out
2 Industrial properties both rented out
Also vested in Stocks and Gold, currently stocks are way in the red, looking to liquidate them and focus more on property.
Won't mind sharing/learning some tips of investment & property management/investment from those around.
And if you must ask yes it was the help of Old money, not the whole lot but enough to kick start my foray into the property market.
