I previously posted here about being unable to find a job after graduating, finally got an offer after 5 months of sending resumes. Was offered a 2 year contract, with a monthly salary which is way above my expectation but that is including the 13th month salary evenly distributed over 12 months. I have checked, I am eligible for agency bonus and performance bonus during the contract period, and have chance for emplacement after first year of service. I have given verbal agreement to accept over a call, will sign the letter of acceptance and other documents in person next week.
