I have never had any issues regarding management in my previous but this company does.

Cons:

1. The problem was brought up to higher management. However, unable to solve the issue instead making it worse.

2. Manager is useless. Not a problem solver and not a listener.

3. Colleagues are not friendly. Only know how to watch and the manager just pretends it didn't happen.

4. It's a red flag when a colleague asks you to buy food for everyone for the first few months. They said it would take turns for everyone to pay for food first. I find this very uncomfortable and ridiculous. After 6 months, I stopped allowing that to happen to me and my colleagues are unhappy about it till now.

5. Too much workload given, raise this to the manager but no action is done. Feeling too stressed due to overloaded work.

Words of advice:
1. RUN away from CHANGI AIRPORT GROUP. DO NOT JOIN.
