First of all, don't look at title because some agencies have inflated titles. Look at substantive grade. Typically a fresh grad starts at assistance manager (grade 12), then goes on to manager (grade 11), asst director (grade 11A), senior asst director/deputy director (grade 10), to director onwards (grade 9 onwards). You can scroll a few pages back for pay scale.
The 3 main performance grades one can get is A (one in a thousand), B (1 in 3), C (2 in 3; mostly everyone else). This is important because your performance grade determines your annual increment and your performance bonus.
For annual increments, it ranges from 3-5% depending on your performance grade. For promotion years, it reaches 9-10% - all inclusive.
For performance bonuses, it varies from substantive grade to grade. For example, B at MX12 might be 2 months, while B at MX 11 might be 2.5 months.
