if you are from NUS, and grad at 25/26 for male, how did you got 7 years exp at age 30 ??
it seem that you are doing alot of OT to hit 90k/annum???

Total = basic 3500x(12+1+4) + allowance 1300x12 = 75100

If include 5% stock into annual salary = 0.05 x 3500 x 12 + 75100 = 77200

mean OT = approx $12800/year ? mean you OT about 30-40hours/mth at a rate of $29-30/hr after office hour on weekday or Sat

or $50-60/hr on sunday & public holiday??

Only LAE so far are paid OT at this rate, >>you are LAE??(base on the low basic 3.5k after 7 years?? + high allowance + alot OT pay)

otherwise the rest are paid only meal allowance of $5-10 per 2hrs OT each day or $10/hr OT capped at $400 max per mth!!!

For your info: my company is pay 3.4-3.5k 1st class fresh grad in 2011/2012 already...why you only 3.5k after 7 years???!?!
