Loosely, this is the broad meaning of the two Hokkien phrases (not direct translation):
1. Where got such good opportunity (I did not read the original post carefully but generally kangtao is used to suggest opportunity based on inside info)
2. Want cheap, want good, want big, basically this is usually used sarcastically to mean want best of all worlds, which is not always possible
