Not unless they change the way things are being done aside from raising the salary. in this day and age where salary information is so readily available, everyone entering audit knows they are getting the short end of the stick, nobody aside from people who got rejected everywhere else is buying the story of "its good for your career" when you can just browse linkedin and see that everyone else who didnt start in audit is making decent money.

some more all that "career progression" is at the expense of losing most of your social life 8 months of the year. but indeed maybe woke culture will hit the partners so hard they will have no choice but to change things
