Used to be better with room for good improvement made to get the different groups to work together.


Cons
Things have changed drastically over the last year. People tend to just repeat and amplify what snr mgmt says, and likewise snr mgmt thinks they have the right answer and the rest are noise and petty politics. The top knows best attitude prevails.

Proof will be in the pudding of the change execution.

Have much did you listen to ground foe the changes you are trying to do.
