You’re clearly just a young and ignorant dude. In the banking industry, there’s no such true thing as tierings. It’s just who is willing to pay you more and give you a higher rank before you job hop again in the future.
There are so many people who moved from DBS to JP Morgan, Maybank to Citibank,
UOB to HSBC etc. and vice versa there are people who move from Goldman sachs to
OCBC, Bank of America to CIMB.
