in sg there is such a thing called the law, and therefore employment contracts. it states one month written notice. this is as simple as meaning u can on 1 of july submit a letter w vjc says 31 july.
do u care abt leaving on good terms. if you don’t you can just say I refuse. ur lack of manpower is ur problem.
this is one reason why SLs and KPs can gaslight teachers into alll sorts of things - teachersx don’t know their basic rights.
