You’re a troll if you think GES means ****. My junior got offered 6.8k at big4. Depends on experience, resume, how much they like you etc.
Only a fool would say there is a benchmark for salary for all NQs. Room temperature IQ also will know. Sadly common sense isn’t so common anymore.
