Hello fellow hustlers

I've been a part-time RM in a local bank (sales role) earning base + comms while undertaking a part-time degree. I've been holding a sales role just to get by to finish my university degree (private) now that I'm almost done with it, I've been getting a lot of feedback and recommendation to stay in my same RM role as opposed to finding a corporate role with the private Finance degree as it isn't as (recognised) and I'd have a hard time earning a decent salary - any tips on any starting career that would recognise RM sales role as somewhat relevant experience and how I should move from here? This is my first post so I'm expecting to b flamed, any response wld be great greatly appreciated to help me navigate my way , thank you all fellas
