As for the GenZ thinking they can change things, did they even look at their own batch's attrition rate? At this rate, none will be left and the managers in 6 years time will be 100% imported. I've never seen such a wave of resignations before they hit the 6 months mark, let alone the 1 year mark.

Most locals will leave before reaching manager. You can check the IGP profile for
NTU accountancy (aka B4 manufacturer). There are fewer intakes every year, not just at
NTU but also in other local universities. There might not be many locals working for the Big 4 in the future. Also b4s are already hiring across borders. so it's not new. It's bound to increase in the future.
