Currently MX12 with 3 years in service in a stat board.

Y1 - C
Y2 - C+
Y3 - C+ (changed divisions)

Was wondering how long would the average time frame be before I would be eligible for an ingrade promotion?

I understand that typically, the amount of years between MX12 and MX11 can be crazy long.
