I closed a few PO & 1 COC as a TL. Stirring **** about competitor(joint proj) to customer, then they tio condemn. Gotten recognition by bosses. Basically, when you work.. don't diam diam. Go loud or go home.

Well, I'm from cyber team, from defence to commerical proj. BU is making money that's why a b2 - good rating 3.5. Definitely some will say it's BS, but every infra we close.. we make millions. So long we have a tech on our hand, this industry won't die.
Truth is, it carries the same logic in any industry.
Gotta angkat boleh to boss, client. Sabo your competitor. Silent work = No effort, things cannot be seen cannot get its recognition. Make ppl work for you, claim the credit. It's just corporate world logic. Anywhere also same.
