Typically from MX12 to MX11, is about 3-5 years, from MX11 to MX11A is another 3-6 years. You can do a rough gauge.

Thanks for sharing bro, I'm currently MX11, around 6 months in. Not sure when I will get promoted or whether I'm eligible for promotion or not since I'm on 2 years contract. I'm at 6.6k now, so I'm guess 3 years to hit the ceiling of MX11?
