Having a younger brother in SIM and myself from
NTU. I know the struggle of SIM grads.
As much as you like to believe that aptitude and attitude matters more than paper, paper is still a very big deal. Reading the SIM starting salary thread you'd know the difficulties.
SIM is not well recognised in private sector. You are 1 class below

depends on how you carry yourself.
i work in govt org, many SIM grads here.. same positions as local uni grads.
