Coz downpayment can only be paid via OA, and not ma or sa
From there depending how much loan you can get, we then decide again
Rmb pte property is 25% downpayment plus abt 3-4% and 3000 legal fees
So if you buy a 1.3mil condo, need 364k in cash or
cpf oa
