Why are you still a VP after 7 years? Your perf review is in Feb - March right? Maybe you'll be SVP this year.

Also cannot compare DBS with TikTok la, TikTok for so much money, DBS so poor, can't even afford to hire proper tech people, always hiring off-shore contractors anyhow code rubbish. Try this in TikTok and get laid off within a week.
