The poster really has issues. He seems frustrated and stuck in his career, and dissatisfied with the purported low salary. So he's lashing out against Big4 and Malaysians in general.
Some kind of cognitive dissonance whereby he genuinely believes he's more capable than the Big4 peers whom he look down upon, but can't escape the fact that he's actually on par with them. Hence, inability to process his feelings in a constructive manner.

Most trolls and internet bullies have similar issues that they can’t reconcile internally and also have inadequate social skills to express themselves properly.
Part of it could be their family upbringing too. Kids that didn’t get enough parental love growing up.
It’s not just laughable but kinda cringe - I feel a ton of secondhand embarrassment from reading some of those posts
It is mildly entertaining though.
