Yeah best to start looking for jobs once you're past your 2 year mark so you can leave once you get your SCA or whatever. Thought I'd stay for one more year since I couldn't find a good job outside this year but this job is giving me mental problems instead. I'm almost tempted to resign without a job but later future employers think I got mental problem instead...
