I feel that usually final interview, bosses are seeing if we are a good cultural fit for the team. Not easy also. Final interviews also don't know what to say at times. Wishing all the best in job search. I have also been unemployed for some time. So hoping all of us get the best results. I stopped applying to Civil service and decided to diversify my search.
