I am here to seek legitimate career advice. Recently, I have left an insurance company as a direct sales staff (due to various reasons) and am looking into FA firms for more exposure.

However, upon reading comments here and there and have some discussions with my mates, I feel like joining the bank as frontliner might be a better direction for me currently, despite I heard a lot of stories about toxic management.

I want to ask the bank frontliners here if banks really provide lots of leads for the staff to engage, and will push you to hit your target?

Or should I enter another industry, despite me being early 30s, having no experience in digital marketing even though I have the bachelors' cert?
