UOB people on Linkedin, there are many candidates from non-local unis. In fact, this program is starting to become a choice for foreign students who cannot get into other SG companies due to foreign worker quota limit
-- What is the pay increase after the program? 230 to 330 (varies depending on your performance)

UOB after the program? Yes, nobody got kicked out of the program so far even though some people are not performing. This is because the program is subsidised by the government and it will reflect badly on
UOB if they were to kick people out of the program but expect to take on more responsibilites once the program is over since your pay is no longer subsidised by the government
-- Can you change department if you find yourself unsuitable for the role you applied for? Technically, it is possible and few people have managed to do so but it is incredibly difficult so choose your track wisely and don't settle for something you are not interested in
