J'den, a new
99-year leasehold condominium, will rise from the location of the former JCube shopping mall. The development comes in the wake of CapitaLand's announcement in February 2023, stating that JCube would cease operations on August 6, 2023, to pave the way for a brand-new residential complex spanning 40 storeys, with commercial spaces gracing the first two levels. Anticipated to reach completion by 2027, J'den will also become an integral part of the upcoming Jurong Lake District (JLD). The official launch of J'den is scheduled for the latter half of 2023.
