the latest info on pay was in 2021, was wondering if its the same for present?

would it be right to say

for the trainees doing 1 year TC,
big 4: 2.5-3k
mid-size: 1.5-2k

for associates,
big 4: 7k (NQ)
mid-size:6-6.5k (NQ)

what are the increments like?
