Ah yes, when geo3 and 4 are working beyond school hours, it's because they are overworked despite being being very capable individuals who are working miracles.
But when SEO1 and 2 are working on weekends, it's because they don't have foresight, poor planners and don't know how to plan properly. And yet, people here get oh so upset when the hypocrisy gets pointed out. Sure we get paid more but that doesn't mean that we're not just as overworked, perhaps even more so.
