Responsibilities:

Handle calls and attend to enquiries
Register patients using clinic software
Schedule appointments for patients & update system
Assist doctor during procedures
Dispense medications
Handle payment via cash and credit cards
Check & replenish stock when needed
Other duties as instructed by doctor and management
Requirements:

Proficiency in Korean to liaise with Korean speaking clients
With GP / Aesthetic experience will be an advantage, without experience are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided
Has a pleasant and cheerful disposition. Service oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues
