Except that the middle management is the RO and time will be wasted to educate them on the fundamental. What is worse is after educating them, due to their lack of understanding, they will still bring in irrelevant points and more justifications have to be made for something very simple. If they are one of those stubborn ones, good luck to you. So much for "autonomy to decision making".
