Once you have financial freedom
U are free from work

Work always got pressure where ever u are.
Ops or GP land work not crucial
Patient don't die on you.
Not like ICU a&e.

Private gp also got pressure.
Ops also got pressure
No need work for altruism.
Go where money is and where least effort is required
I.e maximise money / effort.

Be kind to yourself.
Investing in high growth instruments in order to FIRE early
No stress meh?
Actually best is to find high money making opportunities
That are low stress.
No need this financial freedom stuff.
Have money work for you to help.
But if you find easy high paying job that is senang
Thats the way
Thing with GP and OPS and primary care
Is dont have practice of having underlings leverage your time
Like in hospital consultant cannot do everything themselves
Got HO MO Reg
It is possible as a Fam Dr or GP
You just cannot be doing regular GP work
Leverage. Hire staff to do some of the work eg hx taking
Take the parameters. Present to you quickly with plan
You agree and approve.
Standard type of patients seen. Same symptoms all the time
Same medication prescribed. Just the strength.
I do this kind of work. Super senang.
Make 500k a year.
One day can make $2-4k. Work 3 days a week.
It is possible.
Then I put my money in high interest savings. Every month get
$4k interest. .
