If this job is so hazardous and bad as you have described, then may I ask why didn't you quit when your bond was over? Why is there people that can work there for 30 years if the working environment is that bad?
If the bonus is $27300 for you, and still yet you think it's not worth it? I find that it is unbelievable for you to disclose how much you get, but yet despise your job so much that you condemn it.
Hmm.. live current during wiring checks? Do you actually measure current in your scope of work? I think you measure voltage and resistance with a multimeter, right?
If it's that dangerous, that you have to actually measure high currents in terms of amps, how come there are no reports of engineers being burnt alive during work in the newspapers?
I think we should complain less and work more..
