Based on what I am looking at, I don't think the 2 time periods you mentioned are included. If not, the YOE here is way too low to justify the pay that they are getting.
Moving forward, I think to standardise, let's just ensure all future contributions do not include the time periods above, and for guys, to not include the
NS period of 2 years as well.
So purely, counting from the year entering the school as a graduated full-fledged teacher, and the gross salary, and current rank
