1) LH is not a pay scale. It is an appointment. Your pay only increases when you get promoted to a higher subgrade. However, if you are appointed a LH while you are GEO4 or GEO5, you will receive Responsibility Allowance (search for it in
MOE Intranet). It's not much.
2) You could be asked to step down and return back to a Teacher role.
3) Yes.
