Default UOB Rank structure
Anyone cares to shed some lights on the rank structure of UOB (e.g AM -> M -> VP -> FVP??) and their rough salary range?

For someone with 7-10 YOE in one of the local banks, should I be expecting VP1, VP2 or FVP if I were to join UOB?
