degree? You also do realised that most senior management are given the position because they are from
dsta or from navy or army before right? You know alot of people are retiree right? Aka come to work just for fun, chit chat go long lunch, tea break, meeting to gossip then go home... For many many years? Unt a new management come in and question each person roles?
And then those people exodus and mass leave... To another division... Invited by their friend...
Seen it so many times... And you wonder why the talents leave. Cause the untalented doesn't..
