You sound salty. If its not recognized, why would HR value it as such then? Also it sounds like your experience isnt relevant, or HR doesnt value your qualifications.
Also, years of experience doesnt translate to capability btw. My peers are earning 140k++, same year of exp as me but I have better qualifications, hence the question of whether this offer is worth it since its quite a bit less.
