My understanding is that there are some variations in the pay for MCs in Singapore. They're not as consistent and transparent than in the UK. Some MCs are notably high - CC for example as can be seen in their materials, but some MCs offer lower pay.
That being said, if you're offered a UK TC, I've seen people choose to work in the Sg office after qualifying as a UK solicitor after their 2 year seat rotations. So, I don't see why you would choose a SG MC TC over your UK MC TC.
