Stock investments. Some stocks have appreciated by more than 100 folds. They are not dividend-paying stocks as presumed by some bloggers. By investments, I mean buy and hold not trading. Houses are bought as a diversification to stocks, after disposing some of them. Don't think I make any paper profits out of houses after accounting for mortgage interest, taxes, insurance and maintenance.
