Yes the HR did brief about the 13th month bonus, performance bonus, and almost 30 days of annual leave, but progression and salary increment is abysmal when speaking to current and ex employees.
If previous batches have 30
MAs each year, and are looking to increase the number of
MAs, then this "graduate program" is no different from other mass recruiting grad programs such as Accenture "Talent Advancement Program" i.e., its just a normal job, but marketed as a 'graduate program' because other companies are doing so, hence jumping on the hype train.
