Rubbish ... there is no digital team in CS.
There is platform and there is technology, but there is no digital team.
Wealth mgmt (or private banking) is very different from our retail banks like DBS,
UOB, SC,
OCBC. In wealth mgmt, the focus is on RM VS in retail banks, the focus is on self-service digtal channels. and obviously, WM have huge AUM, while retails drives volume hence Revenue-to-cost ratio are important.
