If you keep up-to-date with syllabus changes and T&L trends in MOE schools (e.g. through your networks), there will always be demand for your private tuition services. This is an exam worshipping nation with bloated class sizes. The tuition market will not die anytime soon if you put in effort to keep yourself relevant. That to me is still an iron rice bowl.
