What's the typical pay i should expect for a mx11 role in public service?

I'm a 33yo with lse clementi degree and 9 yrs exp in private sector.

Offered 9.5k pm with roughly 2mths bonus so it's roughly 130k pa.

Is this a decent pay considering my age? Am worried I'm being shortchanged cos of my degree
