hahaha when you're in the workforce longer, you will realise that assessments / interviews mean nothing. sometimes companies already have in mind someone that they want to hire (mostly through connections) and publish job postings and send out interviews just to meet
MOM requirements of fair hiring.
look at the big bulges like goldman or credit suisse, they have freeze hiring for months but you still see new job postings floating around...
