Seriously no excuses.
Alot of ST staff was diploma, the company sponsored their part time degree with SIM.
Today degree is so easy to get.
You just need to attend class.
In the past only smart people can go uni.
Now everyone is a degree holder.
So please go and get that part time degree.
The earlier you realise this. The better.
Your certifications will help.
But corporation like ST values which degree you are.
No choice.
