Yeap, my opinion:

Top 1 tier: NUS / NTU
Top 2 tier: SMU
Top 3 tier: SIT / SUSS / SUTD
Top 4 tier: SIM (RMIT/UOL/etc)
Top 5 tier: Kaplan, James cook etc etc. esp kaplan and rmit. all dont study hard then suddenly become wealth manager. oh, dont forget NUS ppl too.
