Hi there, the HR called me up and said the outcome will take another one month, and this is after two weeks of waiting already. Apparently the HR manager has yet to make a decision and there was someone else that they were also looking at? even though they told me the job is pretty much confirmed. now HR is encouraging me to apply for another position within the same organization.


What do you guys think? is likely that they took the other job candidate and is a nicer way of saying that I'm rejected?

This wait is very long... good thing got job
