Yeah, PSD will likely say that it’s because the MX11 range is pegged more competitively to the private sector equivalent blah blah. MX11 usually serve as mini team leads and are looked upon to guide younger members. There is also more expected of them since they are more experienced. But probably the most expendable of the lot?
