Huhhh you expect every company to have all CS grads?! Use your brain and see, companies have various functions catering to individuals with diverse skill sets and background. Why would you need someone with a CS cert to be in Strategy and consulting function for example. Ok and so what if they have CS cert, is it even relevant to the function?
