Actually that guy is right. Not much strategy in accenture so when there’s excess they just get slotted into implementation. Also not sure why there’s so much hate towards implementation here - sometime strategy is just fluff that’s not transferable to your next job.
Firms also have started to prefer consultants who can do both strategy and implementation. So key is to get staffed on both types of projects.
