Sorry if this is a weird question, how "strict" is the
ncs program?
Will they give me the weird look/ ask in details if I ask for leave (ie. 0.5-1 day when just starting work to settle some personal matters) or if I got sick etc
I asked as I may have an upcoming personal matter to attend to in which it will happens on my first week of job ..
